2. Services Description

Leo's Heating and Cooling, located at 4624 16th St E, Fife, WA 98424, provides professional HVAC services including but not limited to:

• Heat pump installation and repair
• Gas furnace installation and repair
• Air conditioning installation and repair
• Ductless mini-split installation
• Duct cleaning and repair
• Preventive HVAC maintenance plans
• Emergency HVAC repair services

3. Estimates and Pricing

All estimates provided by Leo's Heating and Cooling are for informational purposes and are not binding. Final pricing may vary based on actual scope of work, materials required, job site conditions, and any additional services requested. We will communicate any changes to the estimated price before proceeding with the work. Free estimates are available for all new installations.

4. Service Warranty

Leo's Heating and Cooling stands behind our work. We offer a 2–12 year labor warranty depending on the type of service, as well as a lifetime craftsmanship warranty. Manufacturer warranties on equipment are provided separately and are subject to the manufacturer's terms and conditions. Warranty coverage may be voided if the system is modified or serviced by unauthorized personnel.

5. SMS / Text Message Terms

5.1 Program Description

By providing your mobile phone number and checking the applicable consent box(es) on our website forms, you agree to receive text messages from Leo's Heating and Cooling sent from (206) 210-2770. We operate two separate SMS programs:

• Transactional Messages — appointment reminders, estimate and quote notifications, invoice updates, and service status messages related to services you have requested
• Marketing Messages — special offers, discounts, seasonal promotions, and new service announcements

• After opting out, you will receive a final confirmation message and no further messages will be sent

Opt-out confirmation message: "You have been successfully unsubscribed from Leo's Heating and Cooling. You will not receive any more messages from this number. Reply START to re-subscribe."
